Bartosz Banasik, MSc
MSc, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology
PhD Student
Scalable Bioinformatic Tools, Software, Analysis, Machine Learning
Description
Bartosz obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2019 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics degree in 2020 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
During the master’s studies, Bartosz started working in Dolby Laboratories where he took a Build and Release Engineer position, responsible for managing multiple CI pipelines automation with static and dynamic instances, part of them running in the cloud.
The most important educational/scientific achievement of Bartosz so far is the Chancellor’s Scholarship and “Honourable Mention from the Fundamental Problems of Technology Faculty Dean“ for very good academic results.
Bartosz’s role at the CGG is to develop and implement novel scalable bioinformatic tools, software, analysis strategies and machine learning algorithms to handle the complexity of single-cell genomics data.
