Optical Coherence Tomography &#8211; OCT) [2] do diagnozowania chor\u00f3b oczu i monitorowania post\u0119p\u00f3w terapii dzi\u0119ki ich zdolno\u015bci do wykrywania zmian morfologicznych w siatk\u00f3wce oka. Jednak samo obrazowanie morfologicznych objaw\u00f3w chor\u00f3b nie dostarcza wystarczaj\u0105cych informacji na temat utraty funkcji fotoreceptor\u00f3w.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponad dekad\u0119 temu wykazano, \u017ce optyczna tomografia koherencyjna mo\u017ce wykrywa\u0107 niewielkie zmiany intensywno\u015bci \u015bwiat\u0142a podczerwonego odbitego od siatk\u00f3wek zwierz\u0119cych in vitro [3,4] i in vivo [5] wyst\u0119puj\u0105ce po jednoczesnej stymulacji \u015bwiat\u0142em widzialnym. Odkrycia te stworzy\u0142o podwaliny pod rozw\u00f3j optoretinografii (ang. optoretinography &#8211; ORG) [6], metody, kt\u00f3ra mierzy odpowied\u017a siatk\u00f3wki oka na \u015bwiat\u0142o, daj\u0105c tym samym mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 uzyskania informacji o dzia\u0142aniu neuron\u00f3w siatk\u00f3wki (fotoreceptor\u00f3w).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/icter.jcd.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/forg2-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7787\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icter.jcd.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/forg2-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/icter.jcd.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/forg2-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/icter.jcd.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/forg2-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/icter.jcd.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/forg2.png 1386w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W ICTER pracujemy nad rozwojem ORG ze stymulacj\u0105 siatk\u00f3wki pojedynczym impulsem \u015bwiat\u0142a, jak \u015bwiat\u0142em migocz\u0105cym [7]. Aby uzyska\u0107 dane ORG, u\u017cywamy tomografii STOC (ang. Spatio-Temporal Optical Coherence-Tomography) [8], kt\u00f3ra pozwala nam rejestrowa\u0107 tr\u00f3jwymiarowe obj\u0119to\u015bciowe obrazy siatk\u00f3wki w ci\u0105gu kilku milisekund. Po przetworzeniu danych wyodr\u0119bniamy sygna\u0142y ORG, \u015bledz\u0105c zmiany w siatk\u00f3wce zachodz\u0105ce mi\u0119dzy b\u0142on\u0105 graniczn\u0105 (ang. inner and outer photoreceptor junction \u2013 IS\/OS) a ko\u0144c\u00f3wkami zewn\u0119trznego segmentu czopk\u00f3w (ang. cone outer segment tips &#8211; COST). Rysunek&nbsp;(a) pokazuje lokalizacj\u0119 \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142a sygna\u0142u ORG na tomograficznym obrazie siatk\u00f3wki oka ludzkiego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Przyk\u0142adowe wyniki pokazuj\u0105ce odpowiedzi siatk\u00f3wki zaadaptowanej do ciemno\u015bci na pojedynczy impuls \u015bwiat\u0142a pokazano na rys.&nbsp;(b) i (c). Rysunek (b) przedstawia u\u015bredniony przestrzennie sygna\u0142 ORG w funkcji czasu zarejestrowany dla r\u00f3wnomiernie roz\u0142o\u017conego bod\u017aca. Natomiast rys.&nbsp;(c) pokazuje maksymaln\u0105 amplitud\u0119 sygna\u0142u ORG na obrazowanej cz\u0119\u015bci powierzchni siatk\u00f3wki w odpowiedzi na stymulacj\u0119 wzorem zawieraj\u0105cym liter\u0119 E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W eksperymentach f-ORG (ang. Flicker ORG), kt\u00f3re s\u0105 g\u0142\u00f3wn\u0105 tematyk\u0105 naszych prac, do stymulacji siatk\u00f3wki wykorzystywane jest migocz\u0105ce \u015bwiat\u0142o. Po raz pierwszy takie badanie przeprowadzili Schmoll i wsp. i zmierzyli oni odpowied\u017a fotoreceptor\u00f3w na migotanie o cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci 5 Hz [9], W ostatnim czasie, natomiast grupa z L\u00fcbeck zmierzy\u0142a odpowied\u017a na r\u00f3\u017cne cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci migotania (od 1 Hz do 6,6 Hz) [10]. Nasza metodologia f-ORG pozwala na pomiar odpowiedzi siatk\u00f3wki w szerszym zakresie cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci i mapowanie odpowiedzi fotoreceptor\u00f3w na migocz\u0105ce \u015bwiat\u0142o na powierzchni siatk\u00f3wki. Przyk\u0142adowe wyniki zmierzonych charakterystyk cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bciowych odpowiedzi u czterech zdrowych os\u00f3b przedstawiono na rys.&nbsp;(d). Natomiast przyk\u0142ad przestrzennie wykrytej odpowiedzi siatk\u00f3wki na bodziec projektowany przy u\u017cyciu DMD z paskami \u015bwiat\u0142a migocz\u0105cymi z r\u00f3\u017cnymi cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bciami przedstawiono na rys.
