Maciej Wojtkowski<\/mark><\/kbd><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Badania przeprowadzone w ramach tego projektu mia\u0142y na celu dostarczenie okulistom nowej metody zdolnej do jednoczesnego wykrywania i por\u00f3wnywania strukturalnych i obiektywnych informacji funkcjonalnych na temat stanu siatk\u00f3wki podczas normalnego procesu starzenia si\u0119 i choroby. Dzia\u0142ania badawcze obejmowa\u0142y dwa nadrz\u0119dne cele naukowe koncentruj\u0105ce si\u0119 na wprowadzeniu dw\u00f3ch nowych technologii obrazowania siatk\u00f3wki, kt\u00f3re by\u0142y realizowane przez wszystkie 5 grup badawczych w ICTER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CEL 1: Obrazowanie fluorescencji wzbudzonej dwoma fotonami dla ludzkiego oka<\/strong><br>Podczas realizacji projektu zako\u0144czyli\u015bmy niekt\u00f3re z zada\u0144 naszego programu badawczego i doprowadzili\u015bmy wszystkie inne do zaawansowanego stanu realizacji. Po raz pierwszy zaprezentowali\u015bmy obrazy TPEF w \u017cywym ludzkim oku, zmierzone u dw\u00f3ch zdrowych ochotnik\u00f3w. Wykorzystuj\u0105c wielokrotno\u015b\u0107 obrazowania, wykazali\u015bmy brak efekt\u00f3w wielokrotnej ekspozycji na femtosekundow\u0105 (fs) wi\u0105zk\u0119 laserow\u0105 podczas obrazowania TPEF u zdrowych ochotnik\u00f3w. Wyniki tych bada\u0144 opublikowali\u015bmy w czasopi\u015bmie Journal of Clinical Investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CEL 2: Optoretinografia oparta na migotaniu<\/strong><br>Wprowadzili\u015bmy now\u0105 metod\u0119 optoretinografii opart\u0105 na wzbudzaniu migotania (f-ORG) i obserwacji nanometrowych zmian grubo\u015bci fotoreceptor\u00f3w. Aby to zrealizowa\u0107, wprowadzili\u015bmy r\u00f3wnie\u017c now\u0105 technik\u0119 obrazowania o nazwie STOC-T. Dali\u015bmy dow\u00f3d na to, \u017ce technika ta dzia\u0142a u ludzi i optymalizujemy jej zastosowanie u myszy. Pozwala to na identyfikacj\u0119 biomarker\u00f3w i zrozumienie fizjologicznego mechanizmu odpowiedzialnego za obserwowane sygna\u0142y. Praca ta wymaga\u0142a wsp\u00f3lnego wysi\u0142ku wszystkich grup badawczych w ICTER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W przeciwie\u0144stwie do standardowych projekt\u00f3w badawczych skupiaj\u0105cych si\u0119 na rozwoju technologii, kt\u00f3re badaj\u0105 nowe odkrycia technologiczne same w sobie, w naszym projekcie zaj\u0119li\u015bmy si\u0119 konkretnymi potrzebami okulistycznymi wykorzystuj\u0105c w tym celu silne zaplecze wiedzy biochemicznej, biologicznej i genomicznej.
