12.12.2025 The Education and Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising, and implementing educational programmes for various target groups, e.g., students, secondary school pupils, and patients.
You will work closely with the ICTER management board, experts, and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a calendar and organise educational events (summer school, workshops, conferences, Patient Academy).
- Cooperate in creating promotional campaigns (social media, email, and schools).
- Define topics, teaching objectives, and methodology in accordance with the ICTER mission and the objectives of the TRIO-VI project.
- Prepare budgets and cost forecasts.
- Cooperate with experts (scientists, doctors, graphic designers, writers) in developing teaching materials: presentations, online materials, and mobile applications.
- Ensure that materials are up to date, evidence-based, and tailored to the audience.
- Analyse results, prepare reports summarising successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external service providers for ICTER educational programmes (graphics, web design, app development).
What You’ll Bring
- Higher education (preferred fields: natural sciences, medicine, pedagogy).
- Experience in organising scientific events (conferences, summer schools, open-door events).
- Experience in organising educational programmes, training courses, or scientific and educational projects.
- Project management discipline and the ability to coordinate multiple communication streams simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear, engaging narratives.
- Fluent Polish and English is required.

How We’ll Work Together
You’ll collaborate daily with the Management Board, team leaders, researchers & ICTER grant office. You’ll also interact frequently with external partners and other research institutions. Expect a combination of on-site collaboration, dynamic involvement in organising numerous initiatives, and participation in creating materials and programmes promoting ICTER’s research activities.
