Description
Nataliya earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnololgy in Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. She earned a Master’s Degree in Biology with a specialization in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa, USA, in 2022. The main focus of her research was targeting the KRAS oncogene in cancer therapy. Previously she had a background in determining STR markers that linked to CDKN2A and RASSF1A, providing valuable insight in kidney cancer progression. She also was engaged in academic projects, such as: “Melanoma targeted therapy’” and “Natural products against cancer”.

We are interested in creating new approaches for comprehensive inference of developmental trajectories and delineation of cell atlases from single-cell data, understanding the role of cell-to-cell signaling and biological pathways in lineage commitment and transitions between cellular states.
